AREA is a full service Title Agency. We provide accurate, timely service, and always strive to represent our Underwriters, our Referral Partners (Title Agents and Underwriters who refer us business from outside of Northwest Ohio), and all our Local Clients in a professional manner.

We provide you with “One Stop Shopping”. When you call us to place a Title Order, or if you fax it, or send it via EDI or the Internet, in addition to providing all needed Title Services, AREA will monitor and report on any activity our clients desire. We will, if asked, coordinate the appraisal, the survey, any inspections needed, do mortgage processing, in sum anything required to complete the transaction and have a successful closing.

We will conduct closings where and when they are wanted. Evenings, weekends, at any time and at any location needed. We are unique in our marketplace in our willingness to provide this high level of service.

In keeping with our motto. “Your Success Is Our Business”, AREA has made an effort to learn just what each of our customers do, and why and how they do it. This information enables us to provide an extra level of service, over and above the usual services provided by a Title Company. For example, in dealing with Realtors and Mortgage Lenders, we have had great success in providing promotional material and marketing ideas that provide for increased business. For high volume customers, we can provide reports on the progress of orders we are processing.
