- Current Owner Letter Reports and Equity Policies:
24 hour Standard Service for both Lucas and Wood Counties.
Same day service is available if order placed in a timely fashion.
- ALTA Owner and Loan Policy Commitments:
48-72 Hour Standard Service for both Lucas and Wood Counties.
Loan Policies that require a 40 year title search and an easement record search may take longer. Occasionally, records are archived by the county and we must request them for examination - this will extend the time a title commitment can take to be prepared.

All of Northwest Ohio; search times will be from 2 to 5 days. For the rest of the State of Ohio, and Southeast Michigan, service may vary, but will be adjusted to meet your needs.
